RGBW Spotlights, Specialty Stage Lighting and Uplighting

Three real products sit under lighting. The Eco Pack includes 2 light bars with RGBW LED spotlights, a color changing accent fixture you run yourself, published at 290 euros ex VAT for up to 50 guests. Our equipment catalog also lists a compact 4 head LED light bar with foot pedal control, and a Fresnel zoom wash light, alongside those spotlights, for larger corporate stages and specialty setups. Our microphone inventory runs on Audix wireless systems, paired with professional gooseneck lecterns for podium speeches. The 60 Inch LED Display

The one large format display we publish is a premium 60 inch high definition LED display screen with a designer stand, included on the MICE Pack at 490 euros ex VAT for up to 120 guests. It's a self lit panel, not a projected image, so it stays legible in a bright lobby, an exhibition stand or a gala dinner room. Special Effects: One Smoke Machine

Our special effects inventory is one smoke machine, a Martin Magnum 650, published as a 20 euro add on to the Eco Pack and the Wedding Pack. It produces white fog that rises and spreads, which is what makes the beams of our lighting visible. Modular Staging for Corporate Events

Staging is a real, priced add on, not a freestanding truss or drape system. The MICE Pack offers modular stage platforms, also called a stage riser, deck or podium in some searches, at 35 euros per square meter, sized to your room rather than sold as a fixed unit. We deployed exactly this for a two day corporate project with Bmotion in Marbella, where modular platforms and staging structures created the elevated presentation area international corporate clients expected.

We do not stock truss as a separate rental item, and our own crew does not rig or hang equipment overhead, so a flown truss rig would be work for a specialized supplier. Pipe and drape or backdrop hardware are not in our own inventory either. See What We Don't Stock below.

What We Don't Stock

• Pipe and drape or event backdrops. Decor is not part of our own inventory: no arch, no backdrop, no draping. It is not a rule of the trade, it is how our own MICE Pack is built: one gooseneck microphone fixed to the podium and one wireless handheld microphone.
