Stage Platform Rental in Malaga, Spain
Searching for stage platform rental in Malaga, Spain, usually means a speaker, a host or a panel that has to be seen from the back of the room. A stage platform, also called a stage riser or a deck, is a raised floor that does that. This page explains the modular platforms we actually own, which package lets you add them, how they are priced and what we source when you need something different.
Malaga Event Gear (MEG) owns modular stage platforms and delivers them across Malaga and the wider Costa del Sol, together with the sound system for the event. They are one part of our audiovisual equipment rental service, where you can see the rest of the range.
Brief Overview
Malaga Event Gear owns modular stage platforms, listed in our equipment inventory as Guil modules of 2x1. The MICE Pack lists modular stage platforms as an optional extra at 35 euros per square meter, sized to your room rather than sold as a fixed unit. We publish no count, height or load rating for them. More platforms than we own, or a different kind of stage, means suppliers.
Key Highlights
Modular stage platforms in our own inventory, listed as Guil modules of 2x1.
An optional extra of the MICE Pack at 35 euros per square meter. No other package lists one, so any other booking is quoted.
We publish no count, height, load rating, steps, handrails or surface details. If one of them matters for your venue, tell us before you book.
A different kind of stage, a flown truss rig or more platforms than we own is not in our own inventory. We look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one.
Our technician operates the sound and the microphones. The speaker runs their own slides.
Who delivers it? Our crew delivers it with the rest of the equipment. We work delivery only, with no self pickup.
How do I size it? In square meters: width times depth, because that is how it is priced.
What is not covered? Details we have not published, such as height, steps and ramps, and anything beyond our own platforms.
Our Modular Stage Platforms
Our stage platforms are modular: Guil modules of 2x1, sized to your room rather than sold as one fixed unit. That is why the MICE Pack extra is priced by the square meter and not by the unit. They suit conferences, presentations, award ceremonies and corporate events where a speaker or a panel has to be seen.

We do not publish a technical sheet for them. No count, height, load rating, material, steps, handrails or ramps, and no claim about an anti slip surface or adjustable legs. If one of those matters for your event, tell us and we say plainly what we can and cannot offer.
Which Package Lets You Add a Stage Platform
The MICE Pack is the one that lists it. That package, at 490 euros ex VAT, includes a 60 inch LED display, one gooseneck plus one wireless handheld microphone and a technician on site for up to 6 hours, for up to 120 guests. Modular stage platforms are on its list of optional extras at 35 euros per square meter.
None of our other packages lists a stage platform. The Basic MICE Pack at 295 euros ex VAT, for up to 40 guests, includes a projector with a screen, sound and one gooseneck microphone, and its optional extra is the technician. If you want a stage with it, or with an Eco Pack, a Wedding Pack or a Product Presentation Pack, tell us and we quote it together with the package.
Priced by the Square Meter
The MICE Pack extra is 35 euros per square meter, so you size the stage in square meters: width times depth. A stage of 4 by 2 meters is 8 square meters, which at that rate is 280 euros. That figure is the MICE Pack extra, not a published price for a platform on its own, and it is an example of the arithmetic, not a quote.
We publish no price for a platform on its own and no daily or weekly rate, so for any other booking we quote it with the rest of your event. Tell us the room, the number of speakers and the date.
How Big a Stage Does Your Event Need?
Start from who stands on it, not from the room.
- One speaker at a lectern. A small stage is enough. Leave room on the platform for the lectern and the microphone too.
- A panel of seated speakers. It needs the width of the row plus space for a table and the chairs, which usually makes the stage deeper than a lectern stage.
- A host who walks. The more the speaker moves, the more floor the speaker needs. If the speaker walks a stage, our guide to wireless handheld microphone rental explains the microphones we own.
Then check the room: the height of the ceiling, the sightlines from the back rows and where the screen goes, so the platform does not hide the slides.
Height, Steps and Safety
We publish no height, load rating, steps, handrails, ramps or surface finish for our platforms. The inventory list shows the platforms as Guil modules of 2x1 and does not list steps, handrails or ramps as separate items.
If your venue needs a given height, access for people with reduced mobility or a safety certificate, tell us before you book. We say plainly what we can and cannot offer. Anything outside our own platforms, such as a different kind of stage, is not in our own inventory, and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one. We do not promise availability or a price until we have checked.
Stage Platforms, Sound and Technician
A stage platform is only half of a stage. The speakers need sound, and a speaker on a raised floor needs the microphone and the speaker system placed for it. Our crew delivers the platforms with the rest of the equipment, and we work delivery only, with no self pickup. We publish no setup time, because it depends on the room and the size of the stage.
The MICE Pack includes a technician on site for up to 6 hours, who operates the sound and the microphones and solves any fault with the sound or the screen. An extra hour is 40 euros. On the Basic MICE Pack a technician is optional at 240 euros per day. The technician runs the sound, not the slides, so the speaker controls what is shown on the screen.
How to Choose a Stage Platform Rental
Whoever you hire, these five questions are worth asking. Here are our answers:
- Who owns the platforms? Modular Guil platforms are ours. Anything beyond them, or a different kind of stage, is sourced from suppliers, and we tell you so.
- How is it priced? By the square meter on the MICE Pack extra, and quoted for any other booking.
- What are the height and the load rating? We publish neither. Ask whoever you hire to confirm both in writing if your event needs them.
- Who sets up the sound? Our crew delivers the equipment, and a technician during the event is included in the MICE Pack and optional on the Basic MICE Pack.
- How does it arrive? We work delivery only, with no self pickup, and every booking needs at least 24 hours of notice.
Real Setups We've Delivered
For a two day Bmotion event in Marbella on 19 and 20 May 2026, we supplied professional modular platforms and staging structures, together with gooseneck and wireless microphones for the presenters. The platforms created the elevated presentation area the client expected. That is the setup this page describes: the stage and the sound planned together.
Where We Deliver and How to Book
Searching for a rental near you matters less than whether the equipment reaches your venue. We are based in Malaga and deliver across the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Estepona, Mijas, Ronda and Nerja are all in our service area, and we also serve Sevilla with no minimum order. Granada needs a booking over 400 euros to cover the single day travel.
We work delivery only, with no self pickup, so nobody collects a platform from us. Every booking needs at least 24 hours of notice, and booking as soon as your date is set leaves you the most choice. Contact us with your venue, your date and who will speak.
Conclusion
Stage platform rental in Malaga means modular Guil platforms of our own: an optional extra of the MICE Pack at 35 euros per square meter, quoted for any other booking. We publish no count, height or load rating, and a different kind of stage or more platforms than we own means suppliers. We say so before you book. Contact us with your event details, or see the wider range on our audiovisual equipment rental service page.
FAQs
Can I rent a stage platform on its own?
We quote it as a separate item. Modular stage platforms are listed as a 35 euro per square meter optional extra of the MICE Pack, and we publish no price for a platform on its own, so we will not guess a figure. Tell us the room, the number of speakers and the date, and we quote the stage together with the sound it needs. We work delivery only, with no self pickup.
How many stage platforms do you have?
Our inventory lists modular Guil platforms of 2x1, and we do not publish how many modules we own. If your stage needs more than we have, it is not in our own inventory, so tell us the size you need and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one. We do not promise availability or a price until we have checked.
What height are the stage platforms?
We publish no height for our platforms. If the height matters for your venue or your speakers, tell us when you contact us and we say what we can offer. A platform that has to meet a specific height or a safety standard is something to confirm in writing before you book.
Do you rent stage steps, handrails or ramps?
Steps, handrails and ramps are not listed as separate items in our inventory, and we publish no details of them. If your stage needs them, for example for access for people with reduced mobility, tell us and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one. We do not promise availability or a price until we have checked.
How is a stage platform rental priced?
By the square meter. On the MICE Pack the extra is 35 euros per square meter, so a stage of 4 by 2 meters, which is 8 square meters, comes to 280 euros at that rate, an example of the arithmetic and not a quote. For any other booking we quote the stage with the rest of your event, and we do not publish a price for a platform on its own.
Is a technician included with the stage platform?
It depends on the package. The MICE Pack includes a technician on site for up to 6 hours, who operates the sound and the microphones. On the Basic MICE Pack a technician is optional at 240 euros per day. The technician runs the sound, not the slides, so the speaker controls what is shown on the screen.
