Cameras, a broadcast or streaming feed, and a press mult box to distribute audio to reporters' own recorders are not in our own inventory. Press typically bring and manage their own recording equipment, and coordinating individual media feeds is between you and the attending press.
A branded backdrop or step and repeat banner is not in our own inventory either. It is usually sourced through your PR or marketing team and positioned behind the podium we set up. If yours is not, or if the room does need a mult box after all, let us know and we can ask around among our suppliers. If none has one for your date, we will tell you before the press call, not during it.
