Our Six Wireless Handheld Microphones
Our wireless handhelds are four Audix microphones from the Fusion Series, three OM5 and one OM2, and two Audix RAD-360 sets. Each RAD-360 set comes with its receiver, a handheld microphone and two antennas. A wireless handheld is a microphone the speaker holds, with no cable to the sound system, so the speaker can walk the stage or the room while the sound stays on the mixing console.
We do not publish a technical sheet for them. No battery life, range, frequency band or number of channels, and no claim about how many can run at once in the same room. If one of those matters for your event, tell us and we say plainly what we can and cannot offer.
Which Package Includes a Wireless Handheld Microphone
Three of our packages mention a wireless microphone, and a fourth gives a wired one.
- The Product Presentation Pack, at 310 euros ex VAT, includes one premium wireless handheld microphone for speakers, with a 5000 lumen projector, a front projection screen and a venue sound system with 2 speakers and a mixing console. It has no technician on site, so the speaker runs it after our crew sets it up.
- The MICE Pack, at 490 euros ex VAT, includes one gooseneck plus one wireless handheld microphone, a 60 inch LED display and a technician on site for up to 6 hours, for up to 120 guests.
- The Wedding Pack, at 650 euros ex VAT, lists professional wireless microphones for speeches and announcements and an on site technician who operates the sound and the microphones, for up to 80 guests. The list gives no count and no model.
- The Eco Pack includes one wired dynamic microphone. The Basic MICE Pack includes one gooseneck microphone and no wireless handheld.
Our packages do not say which of the six handhelds goes with which pack. If you need a second handheld, a handheld on a pack that does not list one, or more than one for a panel, it is an add on by quote.

The microphone follows how the speaker moves. How Many Handheld Microphones an Event Needs
Count the people who speak at the same time, not the people who speak in total. A single host and a moderator can share one handheld, passing it along. A panel of several people talking in turns or a debate with a floor microphone needs more, and passing one microphone around is slower and noisier than giving each person their own.
We do not publish how many wireless handhelds can run together in one room, and the answer depends on the venue and the wireless equipment. Tell us your format, the number of speakers and the venue, and we quote the microphones together with the package.
Who Sets the Levels, and Is a Technician Included?
Our crew delivers, installs and tests the microphones with the sound system before your event starts, setting the level of each one on the mixing console. A level set for the room helps keep feedback under control, and our guide to audio system calibration explains how the levels are set.
During the event, who touches the console depends on the package. The MICE Pack includes a technician on site for up to 6 hours, who operates the sound and the microphones and solves any fault with the sound or the screen. An extra hour is 40 euros. The Wedding Pack includes a technician too. On the Product Presentation Pack there is no technician, so the levels stay as set. The speaker always runs their own slides.
How Much Does a Wireless Handheld Microphone Rental Cost?
The cost has three parts. The package comes first: 310 euros ex VAT for the Product Presentation Pack, 490 euros ex VAT for the MICE Pack or 650 euros ex VAT for the Wedding Pack, with transport and setup included and 21 percent Spanish VAT added on top. The technician comes second: included on the MICE Pack and the Wedding Pack, not on the Product Presentation Pack. The extra handhelds come third.
We publish no price for a handheld on its own and no daily or weekly rate, so we will not guess a figure here. Tell us your event and we quote the package, the extra microphones and the technician together.
How to Choose a Wireless Handheld Microphone Rental

Searching for a rental near you matters less than whether the equipment reaches your venue. We are based in Malaga and deliver across the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Estepona, Mijas, Ronda and Nerja are all in our service area, and we also serve Sevilla with no minimum order. Granada needs a booking over 400 euros to cover the single day travel.
We work delivery only, with no self pickup, so nobody collects a microphone from us. Every booking needs at least 24 hours of notice, and booking as soon as your date is set leaves you the most choice. Contact us with your venue, your date and how many people will speak.
