Conference Table Microphone Rental in Malaga, Spain

Conference Table Microphone Rental in Malaga, Spain

By Hector Luis Lorenzo ·

Searching for conference table microphone rental in Malaga, Spain, usually means a meeting where several people speak from their seats: a boardroom, a panel behind a table, a client workshop in a hotel suite. This page explains the table microphones we actually own, which package includes one, how many a meeting needs, who controls the volume, and what we do when your meeting needs more than our own inventory covers.

Malaga Event Gear (MEG) owns four Audix gooseneck table microphones and delivers, installs and tests them with a sound system across Malaga and the wider Costa del Sol. They are one part of our audiovisual equipment rental service, and below we say plainly what we do not claim for them.

Brief Overview

Malaga Event Gear owns four Audix gooseneck table microphones, two ADX12 and two ADX212, each with a K&M base and an Audix D-Clip. They are wired into the mixing console of the sound system, so each speaker stays seated at the table while the level is managed from one place. The Basic MICE Pack and the MICE Pack include one each. More table microphones for a panel are a quoted add on, and more than four means suppliers.

Key Highlights

  • Four table microphones in our own inventory: 2 Audix ADX12 and 2 Audix ADX212, gooseneck, with a K&M base and an Audix D-Clip.
  • Wired to the mixing console. We make no Bluetooth, USB or noise cancelling claim for them.
  • One gooseneck in the Basic MICE Pack and one gooseneck plus one wireless handheld in the MICE Pack, which also includes a technician for up to 6 hours.
  • Extra table microphones for a panel have no published price and are quoted as an add on. More than four are not in our own inventory, so we look at suppliers, if there is one.
  • Our technician operates the sound and the microphones. The speaker runs their own slides.

Our Four Audix Gooseneck Table Microphones

Our table microphones are four Audix gooseneck units: two ADX12 and two ADX212. Each one sits on a K&M base with an Audix D-Clip. A gooseneck has a flexible neck, so you can adjust its height and angle toward the speaker's mouth, and it is wired, which means it runs into the mixing console of the sound system rather than working on its own. The same four serve a lectern or a table, so four is the ceiling of what we own for this kind of microphone.

We do not publish a technical sheet for them. No pickup pattern, no frequency range, and no claim of an on microphone volume knob, a mute button, Bluetooth, USB or noise cancelling. If one of those matters for your meeting, tell us and we say plainly what we can and cannot offer.

Which Package Includes a Table Microphone

Two of our packages include one. The Basic MICE Pack at 295 euros ex VAT includes one professional gooseneck microphone, a 3000 lumen projector with a 2x2m screen and sound reinforcement for up to 40 guests. It is built for a boardroom, a private salon or a hotel suite. The MICE Pack at 490 euros ex VAT includes one gooseneck plus one wireless handheld microphone, a 60 inch LED display and a technician on site for up to 6 hours, for up to 120 guests.

None of our other three packages includes a gooseneck. Neither MICE package includes more than one. If your meeting has several seated speakers, the package is the base and the extra table microphones are added on top by quote.

How Many Table Microphones a Meeting Needs

We do not apply a fixed ratio such as one microphone per person. The number depends on who speaks, how the table is laid out and how the room sounds. A meeting where one or two people present and the rest listen is a different job from a round table where everyone takes part. Tell us the seating layout and how many people will speak when you ask for a quote, and we propose a setup.

Take a 10 person meeting. Start from the package: one gooseneck in the Basic MICE Pack, plus a wireless handheld in the MICE Pack that can be passed to whoever speaks. Then add table microphones for the seats where people will speak most. We own four, so up to four can come from our own inventory, if they are free on your date. A fifth or more is not in our own inventory: tell us what you need and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one.

Table Microphone or Wireless Microphone: Which Fits a Meeting?

A table microphone fits speakers who stay seated in one place. A wireless microphone fits someone who moves or hands the microphone on. Compare them by use, not by specification:

MicrophoneFits bestKeep in mind
Gooseneck table microphone (Audix ADX12, ADX212)Seated speakers at a boardroom table, a panel table or a lecternWired, so the speaker stays within reach of the stand
Wireless handheld (Audix)Q&A, a speaker who walks, a microphone passed around the roomSomeone has to hold it and pass it on
Lavalier (AUDIX RAD-360)A presenter who needs both hands free and a discreet microphone2 sets only, a quoted add on outside the packages
Headband (AUDIX HT5)A presenter who moves and gestures1 unit only, visible on camera, a quoted add on

For a presenter who wants both hands free, our headset and lavalier microphone rental guide covers the two lavalier sets and the headband microphone in detail. One way to mix both kinds is a gooseneck at the table and a wireless handheld for questions, which is exactly how the MICE Pack is built.

Who Controls the Volume, and Is a Technician Included?

The level of each table microphone is set on the mixing console. Our crew sets it while installing and testing the system before your meeting, adjusting gain and microphone placement for the room. Our audio system calibration guide explains gain staging in plain terms.

During the meeting, who touches the console depends on the package. The MICE Pack includes a technician on site for up to 6 hours, who operates the sound and the microphones and solves any fault with the sound or the screen. An extra hour is 40 euros. On the Basic MICE Pack a technician is optional at 240 euros per day, and without one the levels set at installation stay as they are, so your own team handles any change at the console. The speaker always runs their own slides.

Table Microphones for Video Calls and Hybrid Meetings

Our table microphones feed our sound system, so the people in the room hear every speaker. We do not promise that the room mix can be sent into a video call. How a remote participant hears the room depends on how the call is connected, so tell us which laptop and which software you use and we confirm what is possible before you book.

What we supply is the room side: sound, microphones, and a projector with a screen or a 60 inch LED display. You bring your laptop, your conferencing software and your internet connection. Cameras and streaming are not in our own inventory. Speakerphones, conference phones and video conferencing hardware are not either, and for that reason we name no brand or model. Tell us what you need and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one. Our guide to audio visual rental for corporate meetings covers that split for hybrid meetings.

How Much Does a Table Microphone Rental Cost?

The cost has three parts. The package comes first: 295 euros ex VAT for the Basic MICE Pack or 490 euros ex VAT for the MICE Pack, with transport and setup included and 21 percent Spanish VAT added on top. The technician comes second: included for up to 6 hours on the MICE Pack, 240 euros per day on the Basic MICE Pack.

Extra table microphones come third. We do not publish a price for one on its own, so we will not guess a figure here. Tell us the meeting and we quote the package and the extra microphones together.

How to Choose a Conference Table Microphone Rental

Whoever you hire, these five questions are worth asking. Here are our answers:

  • Who owns the microphones? Four Audix gooseneck table microphones are ours. Anything beyond them is sourced from suppliers, and we tell you so.
  • How are they connected? Wired to the mixing console of the sound system.
  • Who sets them up and tests them? Our crew delivers, installs and tests them. We work delivery only, with no self pickup.
  • Who operates them during the meeting? A technician, if your package includes one or you add one. Otherwise the levels stay as set.
  • What is not covered? Speakerphones, conference phones, video conferencing hardware, cameras and streaming are not in our own inventory.

Real Setups We've Delivered

On the four day PROGOLD SUMMIT 2026 in Torremolinos, our team installed and monitored the system throughout, with wireless and gooseneck microphones for the presenters. For a two day Bmotion event in Benahavis, we equipped presenters with gooseneck microphones on a methacrylate lectern for formal addresses, alongside wireless microphones for panels and Q&A.

One of our Google reviews comes from a client who held a meeting in Malaga:

"I am really satisfied with this team, they exceeded my expectations. Having a meeting in Malaga, it was a huge help that I did not have to care about the visual solutions and the sound, they made it easy and smooth. They answered all my questions and delivered a high quality equipment to the meeting. Totally worth it!"

Where We Deliver and How to Book

Searching for a rental near you matters less than whether the equipment reaches your venue. We are based in Malaga and deliver across the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Estepona, Mijas, Ronda and Nerja are all in our service area, and we also serve Sevilla with no minimum order. Granada needs a booking over 400 euros to cover the single day travel.

We work delivery only, with no self pickup, so nobody collects table microphones from us. Every booking needs at least 24 hours of notice, and booking as soon as your date is set leaves you the most choice. Contact us with your venue, your date and how many people will speak.

Conclusion

Conference table microphone rental in Malaga means four wired Audix gooseneck microphones of our own: one in the Basic MICE Pack, one in the MICE Pack, more by quote for a panel, and suppliers beyond four. Speakerphones and conference phones are outside our own inventory, and we say so before you book. Contact us with your event details, or see the wider range on our audiovisual equipment rental service page.

FAQs

Can I rent table microphones for several days?

Yes, as a multi day booking quoted individually. We price per event and publish no daily or weekly rate and no multi day discount, so a meeting or conference over several days gets a custom quote. We supported the four day PROGOLD SUMMIT 2026 in Torremolinos with wireless and gooseneck microphones. We work delivery only. Contact us with your dates and we quote the whole booking.

How fast can table microphones be set up?

We publish no setup time, because it depends on the room, the cable run and how many microphones sit on the table. What is fixed is the order of work: our crew delivers, installs and tests the microphones with the sound system before your meeting starts. Every booking needs at least 24 hours of notice. That is a minimum, not a promise of same day delivery, so book as soon as the date is set.

Do table microphones cancel background noise?

We do not claim noise cancelling for our Audix ADX12 and ADX212 table microphones. What helps in practice is how they are set up: the gain is set at the mixing console and the microphone is placed close to the speaker's mouth, so the voice stands out from the room. See Who Controls the Volume above.

Which microphone suits a noisy room?

One that stays close to the speaker's mouth. In a loud room a wireless handheld or a headband microphone sits closer than a table microphone, so the voice competes less with the room. A gooseneck still works when it is placed close and its gain is set by our crew. See Table Microphone or Wireless Microphone above.

Are table microphones suitable for a boardroom?

Yes. A gooseneck table microphone is what the Basic MICE Pack uses for a boardroom or hotel suite meeting of up to 40 guests, with a projector, a screen and sound. If several seated people will speak, extra table microphones are an add on by quote. Our guide to audio visual rental for corporate meetings explains how a board meeting differs from a conference.

Can table microphones connect to laptops and phones?

Ours are wired gooseneck microphones that run into the mixing console of the sound system, not into a laptop or a phone. A laptop is a separate connection, to the sound system and the screen, not to the microphones. The Product Presentation Pack is the one that lists HDMI and USB-C adapters and audio interfaces, so on a Basic MICE Pack or a MICE Pack tell us which ports your laptop has when you book. Microphones with Bluetooth, USB or multi device connectivity are not in our own inventory. Tell us what you need and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one.

Do you rent speakerphones or conference phones?

Not from our own inventory. Speakerphones, conference phones and video conferencing hardware are not part of it. Tell us what your meeting needs and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one, without promising availability or a lead time. See Table Microphones for Video Calls and Hybrid Meetings above.
