A hotel terrace or beach club often has house power confirmed in advance through the venue. A rooftop adds wind exposure that affects where we place lighting stands and speakers.
Our Eco Pack suits a smaller outdoor party, up to 50 guests, delivered and set up by our crew, self run with no technician included. Our Wedding Pack suits a larger outdoor wedding or celebration, up to 80 guests, with a technician included on site and fairy lights for evening ambiance.
Power and Weather, Honestly
There are no generators or tents in our own inventory. Confirm your venue's power access when you book, and we will size the sound and lighting setup to match what is actually available. For weather, our crew assesses conditions on site during installation and places the equipment around whatever shelter the venue provides. If rain is a real risk, arrange a covered backup area with your venue in advance.
When the venue has no reliable power or no cover at all, tell us early. A generator or a tent may be available from one of our suppliers, and the earlier we ask, the better the odds, though availability for your date is never a given.
Sound also behaves differently outdoors: with no walls to reflect off, open air disperses sound further, so our PA systems are set up to project across the space rather than fill a room.
