Not every corporate event needs a technician on site. The Product Presentation Pack and Basic MICE Pack are delivered, installed and tested by our crew, then run by you or your own team. The MICE Pack includes a technician on site for up to six hours, so a dropped microphone connection or an LED display that will not sync gets fixed immediately.

A run of show is the minute by minute schedule of the event: who speaks and when, which microphone each speaker uses, and when music or a video plays. Share it with us before the day. On the MICE Pack, our technician runs the sound and microphones from it, so the right microphone is live at the right moment and each segment has the right level. Presenters run their own slides, and switching the screen between laptops can be handled by our technician if you book that service.
