On the Wedding Pack and MICE Pack, a live technician stays on site throughout the event. If a gust of wind starts pushing a speaker stand, if a light drizzle reaches a cable run, or if a receiver starts dropping signal in the heat, the technician can move the gear, add protection, or adjust the setup in real time.

The Eco Pack and the Basic MICE Pack do not include that. Our crew delivers, installs and tests the system professionally, then it runs unattended for the rest of the event. That is a fine setup for a sheltered patio or a stable forecast, but it means nobody adjusts the equipment if weather changes after our crew leaves. What Weather Actually Risks in AV Equipment

All event gear rentals and technical services with MEG must be contracted, or reconfirmed, with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice, to guarantee scheduling and logistical availability. That is the one hard constraint on reacting to a shifting forecast. If a forecast changes a week out, there is real room to adjust your package, add ons or technician hours before the date. If it changes inside that 24 hour window, any change is still checked against what is actually available that day, not guaranteed. Delivery Only Means Our Crew Handles the Weather, Not You

We operate a delivery only model. There is no self pickup option. That means our own crew transports, installs and retrieves the equipment in whatever weather is happening on the day, rather than leaving a client to load and unload gear in the rain themselves. It is not a weather guarantee for the event itself, but it does mean the physical handling of the equipment, arrival and pickup, stays with people trained to do it, not with a couple or a venue's own staff.

What MEG Does Not Supply
