Why the Technician Matters at a Wedding
Most of our packages don't include a technician as standard. The Wedding Pack does, alongside only the MICE Pack built for corporate conferences. At a wedding, that matters more than at almost any other event: vows and speeches happen once, live, in front of everyone who matters to you. A technician on site catches a microphone feedback loop or a dropped connection before it becomes the thing people remember, and adjusts sound levels as the day moves from ceremony to speeches to dancing.
What We Stock, and What We Source
We provide sound, lighting and microphones for the ceremony and reception, plus the technician to run it. The Wedding Pack has no projector, screen or LED display, since a wedding rarely needs one. Furniture, decor and dancefloor accessories are not in our own inventory, and neither are cameras, filming or photography. If a page or vendor implies otherwise, ask them to itemize it: AV equipment and those other trades are typically separate services.
If your wedding still has a gap in one of those areas, tell us what it is. We can pass the request on to our supplier contacts and tell you whether it can be covered on your date. Anything sourced that way is labelled as such on the quote.
The Settings a Wedding Rental Has to Cover

Our services cover Malaga, the Costa del Sol and Sevilla with no minimum order, and extend to Granada for rentals over 400 euros. There is no fixed booking window, only availability, so reach out once your date and venue are confirmed. Wedding dates fill up quickly, particularly in peak season.
If it is a destination wedding and guests fly in, plan their rooms alongside the date and venue. Lodging is not our service, since we supply the audio visual equipment, but our partner Top Group Express has years of experience with a hotel block for a destination wedding group. It is a service for professionals, so it is meant for the planner, agency or DMC that organizes the group's travel.

For a smaller gathering of up to 50 guests, the Eco Pack brings 2 active speakers with stands and one wired microphone, without a technician. Wireless lavalier and headset microphones are separate equipment, quoted on request. Delivery, setup and teardown are included in the package price.
Do you provide sound and lighting hire for weddings in Marbella?
Yes for sound, and Marbella is inside our Costa del Sol service area. The Wedding Pack delivers a high end active PA, wireless microphones and a live technician, with fairy lights and warm LED strings for ambient lighting. Our own lighting stays at that scale: the RGBW light bars of the Eco Pack, plus a battery powered wireless uplighting kit and one Fresnel spotlight quoted on request, with no moving heads, no DMX and no lighting rig. Anything beyond that is not in our own inventory, so tell us what you need and we look for a solution with our suppliers, if there is one.
